Pig & Tiger
Pig & Tiger is where our journey began. In 2020, my business partner Darren and I opened this small but mighty authentic Taiwanese restaurant in Avanti Boulder, serving the community until Spring 2024. We’re excited to bring Pig & Tiger to its new permanent home in Downtown Denver, opening February 2025.
Peko Peko
What started as a dream blossomed into Pig & Tiger, and as outgrew it’s current location, Peko Peko was born. In June 2024, we proudly opened in Avanti Boulder, bringing bold, flavorful hand rolls and ramen to the heart of Boulder, CO. We’re thrilled to share this exciting new chapter with you!
